Another World VR Arena Malaysia ("we", "us") operates anotherworldmalaysia.com and the booking subdomains for our Petaling Jaya, Cyberjaya and Kuala Lumpur (Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery (Old Klang Road)) arenas. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

Booking details — name, phone, email, group size, preferred date and arena, given when you book or request a quote.
Messages — what you send us via WhatsApp, email or contact forms.
Site usage — anonymous analytics about pages visited and device type.
Photos/video — taken during sessions only with your consent, for the purpose you agreed to.

How we use it

To confirm and run your booking.
To reply to enquiries and send booking reminders.

Children
