By using anotherworldmalaysia.com and our booking subdomains, or by visiting our Petaling Jaya, Cyberjaya or Kuala Lumpur arenas, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

Sessions can be booked online, by WhatsApp, or as walk-ins (subject to availability).
A booking is confirmed only once we send a confirmation message.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time.
No deposit is required — including for private events and birthday parties. You pay on arrival. If a special arrangement ever needs a deposit, we will agree it with you in writing before you confirm.

2. Cancellations

Standard sessions can be rescheduled or refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours ahead.
Private-event cancellation terms appear on your invoice.
If we cancel for safety reasons we reschedule at no cost or refund in full.

3. Health & safety

VR is not recommended for guests with epilepsy, severe motion sickness, recent eye surgery or serious heart conditions — consult a doctor if unsure.
Minimum age 6; children must be supervised by an adult.
Follow staff safety instructions at all times. We may end a session without refund for unsafe behaviour or equipment damage.

4. Liability

VR involves physical movement in a shared space. Participation is at your own risk for ordinary risks of physical play; our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

5. Intellectual property

The Another World VR Arena name, logo and site content are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
